Section 183(d) in The Building And Other Construction Workers '(Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Central Rules, 1998
(d)the design of each such part maintains stability of each part of the structures referred to in clause (a), clause (b) and clause (c), when erected, and to prevent danger, the design shall explicitly take into account,-(i)the relevant conditions and methods of attachment in the operations of stripping, transport, storing and temporary support during erection of such part; and(ii)safeguards, such as provision of railings with working platforms, and for mounting such railings and platforms easily on the structural steel or prefabricated parts;
