Section 38(1) in The Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994
(1)The Licensing Authority issuing conductor's licence shall also issue simultaneously on payment of fee as specified in Rule 40 metal badge inscribed with its name, the word ifjpkyd and an identification number, in the form illustrated in the second Schedule appended to these Rules.
