Section 28(3) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008
(3)The proceedings of the meeting shall be recorded in a minute book to be kept for the purpose and shall be signed by all the members of the committee present and the names of the members voting for or against any resolution relating to an item of business involving a financial transaction shall also be recorded in that book.
