19. Co-opting of persons during inquiry.
(1)The Claims Tribunal may if it thinks fit, co-opt one or more persons possessing special knowledge with respect to any matter relevant to the inquiry, to assist in holding the inquiry.(2)The remuneration, if any, to be paid to the person(s) co-opted shall in every case be determined by the Claims Tribunal.
