Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Housing Board Act, 1956
1. Short title extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Housing Board Act, 1956.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date and in such areas as the State Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh gazette, appoint and different dates may appointed for different areas.
