Section 24(1) in Chhattisgarh Biological Diversity Rules, 2015
(1)A Local Biodiversity Fund shall be constituted at each level of local body. Management, custody of the Local Biodiversity Fund and the purposes for which the fund shall be applied in the manner as may be prescribed by the State Government;
