Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, while placing on record, notification dated 31.8.2020 issued by Government of Himachal Pradesh, Department of Ayurveda, contends that since services of petitioner have been ordered to be regularised with effect from 23.6.2019 with all consequential benefits by restricting actual financial benefits upto 3 years from the date of filing of the case, present petition has been rendered infructuous. Aforesaid Notification is taken on record.

Government of Himachal Pradesh after passing of judgment dated 17.7.2019 passed in TA No. 4208 of 2015, titled Dr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma vs. State of HP not only regularised the services of Rakesh Kumar Sharma, Medical Officer with effect from 23.6.2019, but also took a conscious decision to order regularisation of 23 left out Ayurvedic Medical Officers (retired) with effect from 23.6.1999, including petitioners, with all consequential benefits incluidng petitioner and as such, relief(s) as has/have been prayed for in the instant petition stand(s) granted to the petitioner.
3. Petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous alongwith pending applications, if any.
