Counsel appearing for the Respondent, points out that an enquiry report of the Enforcement Officer along with various annexures is available with the Petitioner, but a copy thereof has not been supplied to him, and was also not part of the record of the Appellate Tribunal. Let the said Report along with annexures be filed on record by ld. Counsel for Petitioner, with advance copy to ld. Counsel for Respondent. In addition, the ld. Counsel for Petitioner shall ensure that all the relevant records from the records of the EPFAT are filed before this Court in order to enable this Court to hear the matter finally.
