5. Certain provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, etc. not to apply.

- Section 27 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and the provisions of the Reformatory Schools Act, 1897 shall, upon the commencement of this Act, cease to apply to this State.
