Section 19(b) in Haryana Urban Development Authority (Erection of Buildings) Regulations, 1979
(b)The minimum floor area of a water closet shall be 1.1 square metres, its smallest side being 0.85 metres. It shall be provided with permanent ventilation of minimum of 0.2 square metre, in addition to the door and a window opening directly to the outside air of not less than one fourth of the floor area.
