Section 2(1) in The National Council For Teacher Education Rules, 1997
(1)In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Act" means the National Council for Teacher Education Act, 1993 (73 of 1993)(b)"Council" means the National Council for Teacher Education established under sub-section (1) of section 3;(c)"Executive Committee" means the Committee constituted by the Council under section 19;(d)"section" means a section of the Act.
