Section 22 in The Institute Of Trans-Disciplinary Health Sciences And Technology Act, 2013
22. Authorities of the Institute.
The following shall be the authorities of the Institute, namely:(i)The Board of Governors;(ii)The Board of Management;(iii)The Academic Council;(iv)Research Council;(v)The Finance Committee; and(vi)Such other authorities as may be declared by the Board of Management to be the authorities of the Institute.
