On 31.1.2020, four weeks’ time was granted to respondent Nos.1 to 3 for filing counter affidavit, however, counter affidavit has not been filed till today. Ld. Counsel for the said respondents seeks four weeks’ more time to file counter affidavit. Granted, as last opportunity.
