2. Mr. Kane submits that the Plaint has been amended and as per the order dated 3rd December, 2025, the Affidavit-in-Reply of Controller of Patents is awaited.
3. On the next date, let the Controller be represented through Advocate, a copy of this order shall be intimated to the Controller.
