                     ORAL ORDER

(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE KS JHAVERI) A cognate matter, being Letters Patent Appeal No.2247 of 2007, was dismissed by this Court on 14.12.2007 by passing following order:

"Learned counsel for the appellant submits that similar appeal in the case of Hon'ble Justice R.J. Shah Admission Committee v. Himatnagar Kelavani Mandal through President and others in Letters Patent Appeal No.1064 of 2007 was dismissed vide order dated 20.06.2007.
Considering the submissions and in view of the fact that when the similar appeal involving similar facts was dismissed, we see no merits in this appeal.
The appeal stands dismissed."

Since these appeals are cognate matters of aforesaid Letters Patent Appeal No.2247 of 2007, they will be governed by the aforesaid order. Accordingly, these appeals also shall stand dismissed in view of the aforesaid order. No order as to costs.
