Section 99(1) in The Orissa Registration Rules, 1988
(1)The registering officer shall authenticate by his initials all corrections in the copy of every document admitted to registration which by Clause (c) of Section 52(1), is required to be made in Register-book, and all notes in such copy which my be made under Sub-section (2) of Section 20.
