Section 38(7) in The Food Safety And Standards Act, 2006
(7)Where the Food Safety Officer takes any action under clause (a) of sub-section (1), sub-section (2) or sub-section (4) or sub-section (6), he shall, call one or more persons to be present at the time when such action is taken and take his or their signatures.
