Heard.

We do not find any good ground warranting interference with the impugned order(s) in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.

The special leave petitions are accordingly dismissed. However, four weeks’ time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and move an application for regular bail. On filing of such an application for bail, the trial court shall consider the same expeditiously in accordance with law.

We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
