1. The matter has been taken up today on filing of the captioned IA.
2. It is submitted that the matter is coming up for hearing before the Hon'ble Court on 19.01.2024.
3. Ld. Counsel for respondent accepts notice of captioned IA and submits that he has no objection if the same is allowed.
4. Ld. Counsel for petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has changed and he has filed certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name of petitioner alongwith the captioned IA.
5. Heard. The certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name of the petitioner from M/s Raj Buildwell This is a digitally signed order.
