Section 14 in The Family Courts (Jharkhand High Court) Rules, 2004
14. Copy of petition to be furnished to the respondent.
- Any respondent who ask for the copy on the ground that he has not received the copy of the petition or that he has not received complete copy, the applicant shall furnish the complete copy with all exhibits to the respondents.
