Seen the office report dated 9th April, 2014. In the order dated 20th January, 2014 the cause title of the writ petition was wrongly typed as "State of West Bengal & Ors." instead and place of "The Jadavpur University & Ors.".
Department is directed to correct the cause title of the order dated 30th January, 2014 accordingly.
