(2)The Certifying Surgeon shall, upon a request being made to him by the Chief Inspector or Inspector, carry out such examination and furnish him with such report as he may indicate in respect of any mine or class or description of mines in which operations involve any risk of inquiry to the health of any person or class of persons employed therein.
