8. Appointment of officers, etc. and delegation of power.
(1)The State Government or the Government undertaking may appoint such officers and employees for carrying out the purposes of this Act as the State Government or the Government undertaking may deem fit.(2)The prescribed authority may delegate, subject to such conditions as the State Government may think fit to impose, to any officer appointed under sub-section (1) any of its powers under this Act.
