(2)*In view of applicability of these Rules to Jharkhand [u/s 84, Bihar Reorganisation Act, 2000] this may be read as "Jharkhand".‡Bihar Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1954 has been adapted by Notification No. 971 dated 22.2.2002, therefore, this may now be read as "Jharkhand Bhoodan Yagna Act".†This may be now read as "Jharkhand" in view of adaptation of "Bihar Land Reforms Act, 1950".
