Section 7(3) in Haryana Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, 2007
(3)A new work under the scheme shall be commenced only if :-(a)atleast fifty labourers become available for such work; and(b)the labourers can not be absorbed in the ongoing works; provided that this condition shall not be applicable for new works, as determined by the State Government, in hilly areas and in respect of afforestation.
