(5)Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Poultry. -(i)maintenance of veterinary and animal husbandry services;(ii)improvement of breed of cattle, poultry and other livestock;(iii)promotion of dairying, farming, poultry and piggery ; and(iv)prevention of epidemics and contagious diseases.
