Section 195 in The Manipur Municipalities Act,1994.
195. Power and duties of police in respect of offences.-
Every police officer shall give immediate information to the municipality of an offence coming to his knowledge which has been committed against this Act or against any rules or bye-laws made thereunder, and shah be bound to assist all members, officers and employees of the municipality in the exercise of their lawful duty.
