Section 11(1)(ii) in Andhra Pradesh Distillery (Manufacture of Indian made Foreign Liquor other than Beer and Wine) Rules, 2006

(ii)The proposed sub-lessee referred to in sub-rule (i) shall not be a person disqualified to hold a licence under the A.P.Excise Act, 1 968 and the rules made there under.
