85EE. Appeal to the State Government.
- Any person who is aggrieved by the order passed by the licensing authority refusing to grant or renew a license under this Part, may within ninety days from the date of receipt of such order, appeal to the State Government and the State Government may, after such enquiry into the matter as is considered necessary and after giving the said person an opportunity for representing the case, pass such order as it thinks fit.] [Inserted by G.S.R. 493(E), dated 9.6.1995 (w.e.f. 9.6.1995) as corrected by G.S.R. 184(E), dated 12.4.1996.]
