ORDER
1. The above case has been posted to today for hearing.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the 9th Respondent submitted that today he has got some personal inconvenience and he wanted to appear and argue the matter physically before the Court, as he has engaged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in some other matter which is posted for hearing today, he could not appear and requested for short accommodation.
3. A third party has filed an interlocutory application viz., I.A. No.42 of 2022 (SZ) to get themselves impleaded in the matter.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the original applicant as well as the 9th Respondent wanted to file their counter to the interlocutory application viz., I.A. No.42 of 2022 (SZ).
5. They are directed to file their counter in I.A. No.42 of 2022 (SZ) on or before 24.04.2022 by e-filing in the form of Searchable PDF/OCR Supportable PDF and not in the form of Image PDF along with necessary hardcopies to be produced as per Rules and parties are directed to get ready with the matter on 25.04.2022 for hearing.
