44. Search.
- For the purposes of section 13 of the Act, if any railway property reasonablysuspected of having been stolen or unlawfully obtained is found during any search ofa person or his belongings that person shall be arrested and dealt with under theprovisions of the Railway Property(Unlawful Possession) Act, 1966 or sent to the Police along with the property thus recovered as the circumstances of the case maywarrant.
