Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the learned Counsel for the Appellants has filed a tabular chart, which has been filed in consultation with the learned Counsel for the Respondents, setting out the village wise Appeals along with the date of Notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and date of the Award. This tabular chart comprises of details in respect of the 131 cases filed for property acquired in three villages i.e., Khizarabad, Kilokari and Nangli Razapur with Diary No.3994318 dated 02.06.2025.
3. The Registry is directed to ensure that the same is brought on record.
4. Learned Counsel for the Appellants submits that the they have relied on the Additional Submissions and a List of Dates during their arguments. The hard copy of the same has been handed across the Court today. 4.1 The Registry is directed to scan and upload the same so that it remains embedded in the case file.
