Section 14A(1) in The M.P. Krishi Upaj Mandi (Mandi Samiti Ka Nirvachan) Rules, 1997
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in Chapter IV the preparation of the voters list, for the first time, the Collector shall cause to be prepared a list of, adult Bhoomi Swamis from the entries made in Khasra/Khatoni (B-l) of the village.
