Section 18 in The M.P. Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1975
18. Consulting Engineer not to disclose information.
- The Consulting Engineer shall not disclose any information either given by the State Board or obtained during the performance of the duties assigned to him either from the Stale Board or otherwise, to any person other than the State Board without the written permission of the Board.
