Section 11(1) in The Orissa Medical Registration Act, 1961
(1)If any member dies, or ceases to be a member as provided in Section 10, the President shall forthwith report the fact of the vacancy to the State Government and the vacancy shall be filled, as soon as possible, by a fresh election or nomination, as the case may be, under Sub-section (1) of Section 4.
