Section 2(viii) in Bihar State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Delegation of Financial Powers) Regulations, 2005
(viii)Head of the department shall mean Member (Administration & Legal) of the Commission or any other officer to whom such powers may be delegated by the Chairman.
