(3)The Selection Committee shall consist of the following members: -(a)nominee of the Chancellor, who shall be the Vice-Chancellor of a State aided University other than the concerned University and who shall he the head of the Committee;(b)nominee of the State Government, who shall be an eminent academician and who is not related with the concerned University in any manner; and(c)nominee of the Vice-Chancellor, who shall not be below the rank of a Professor of any other University.
