4. Prima facie, it appears that the Assessing Officer [AO] has instead of making an assessment, made additions, for want of certain documents that may not be necessary.

5. It is noted that the AO has, inter alia, added amount received from the Assessee's group company as unexplained income despite the Assessee not only explaining the source of the amount received but also the source of the This is a digitally signed order.
