Section 82 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Irrigation Act, 1973
82. Letting out of water from canal prohibited.
- No person other than the Canal-Officer or any officer duly empowered in this behalf shall let out water from a canal or channel by cutting the bund, constructing a sluice gate or outlet or any other similar contrivance.
