Background
1. The Applicant filed an RTI application dt.17.3.09 with the PIO, O/o DRM, NWR, Ajmer requesting for information against 12 points regarding earmarked quarters for staff as also the eligibility criteria for being assigned the quarters and details relates to their maintenance. The PIO replied on 2.4.09 enclosing point wise information furnished by Sr.DPO, Ajmer. Not satisfied with the reply, the Applicant filed an appeal dt.5.5.09 with the Appellate Authority against points 2 to 12. Shri Prakash Bhutani, Appellate Authority replied on 18.5.09 enclosing point wise clarification furnished by Sr.Division Engineer vide note dt.15.5.09. Still not satisfied, the Applicant filed a second appeal dt.12.8.09 before the CIC.
2. The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner, scheduled the hearing for January 29, 2010.
3. Shri S.M.Johry, Sr.DPO & PIO and Shri P.S.Chouhan represented the Public Authority.
4. The Appellant was heard through audio conferencing.
Decision
5. On review of the information sought and provided, the Commission while holding that complete information has been provided, however, as requested by the Appellant, directs the PIO to provide a certified copy of HRA rules with regard to information sought against points 4 and 6. The information should reach the Appellant by 28.2.10 and the Appellant to submit a compliance report to the Commission by 6.3.10.
6. The appeal is accordingly disposed of.
