Section 149(1) in The Indian Post Office Rules, 1933
(1)The remitter of a foreign rupee money order shall, unless the money order is one for which an advice of payment as provided for in sub-rule (2) can be had, be entitled to receive free of charge an acknowledgement of the payment of the order signed by the payee.
