Section 24(4) in The West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences Act, 1995
(4)If any question arises whether any person has been duly appointed or elected or is entitled to be a member of any authority or body of the University subordinate to the Council, or whether any decision of the University is in accordance with this Act or the Statutes, the question shall be referred to the Chancellor whose decision thereon shall be final.
