17-11-2020 In view of the Office Note dated 09.11.2020, where no affidavit-in- opposition has been stated to be filed by the respondent nos. 2, 4 & 5 on 14.03.2019, Shri A. Kalita, learned counsel for the said respondents would make necessary verification in the office to trace out the affidavit-in-opposition.
