Section 11(1) in The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Compensation, Rehabilitation and Resettlement, Development Plan) Rules, 2015
(1)Upon receipt of a report of the Collector as provided under sub-section (2) of section 15 and after examination and taking a decision on the objections, a declaration for acquisition of the land under sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Act along with the summary of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme shall be made by the Secretary to the Revenue Department of the State Government or Union territory Administration in Form V:Provided that no such declaration shall be made unless the requiring body has deposited an amount in full towards the cost of acquisition of the land.
