Section 7(1) in Rajasthan Public Procurement Rules, 2012
(1)The State Government shall set up a State Procurement Facilitation Cell (SPFC) in Finance Department which shall be headed by an officer not below the rank of a Secretary to the Government. The Cell shall comprise of administrative, accounts, technical and professional personnel as may be required.
