(3)[ [Notwithstanding anything contained in sub section (1), the Revenue Assistant also may on receiving information or on his own motion, take action to eject the transferee and every person who have may obtain possession aforesaid, after following such procedure as may be prescribed.] [Substituted by Act 38 of 1965, section 7 for sub-section 3 (w.e.f. 30-11-1965)]
