33. Power to relax.
- The Central Government may, after ascertaining the genuineness [* * *] [Omitted words "of the compounding of a case or a Court decision stated in the application" by Notification No. G.S.R. 385(E), dated 14.5.2015 (w.e.f. 1.1.2016).], permit a manufacturer or packer to pack for sale the packages for a reasonable period by relaxing one or more provision of these Rules with such corrective measures as may be specified.
