Section 26(2)(c) in Employees' State Insurance (Punjab Medical Benefit) Rules, 1953

(c)The technical, non-technical and subordinate staff shall be subject to such conditions of service and draw such salaries and allowances and receive such other benefits as may be fixed by the State Government with the consent of the Corporation.
