Section 62A in The Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959
62A. [ Revised or supplementary budget. [Section 62A was inserted by Maharashtra 34 of 1970, Section 14.]
(1)A panchayat may at any time during the financial year for which any such statement has been approved as aforesaid cause a revised or supplementary statement to be prepared. Every such revised or supplementary statement shall be considered and approved by the panchayat Samiti in the same manner as if it were an original statement, and the provisions of section 62 shall apply in relation to such revised or supplementary statement.] [Inserted by Maharashtra Act No. 54 of 2018, dated 13.8.2018.](2)[ In respect of the panchayat to which the Sarpanch is directly elected under section 30A-1A, a Sarpanch may at anytime during the financial year for which any such statement has been approved as aforesaid cause a revised or supplementary statement to be prepared.
