34. Other Board authorities and Committees.
(1)The Executive Council may, by regulation, constitute and define the functions of such other Committees or authorities as, it may, from time to time, think necessary, for the purposes of carrying out the work of the Board.(2)The powers and duties of such authorities and Committees and the procedure to be followed at their meetings, shall be indicated in the respective regulations.
